A black male wearing a plaid shirt, red or orange shorts, red or orange shoes and wearing a medical protection mask (due to the COVID-19) pulled into the parking lot of Lowe’s in a black Chevrolet pick up truck.
Upon parking the vehicle, the subject opened the tail gate of the truck and walked inside the business. Video Surveillance Footage shows the subject walking to where the generators are located and starts unboxing a Caterpillar 6500W Generator .
The video shows the man putting the generator onto his cart and proceeding to the garden center area of Lowe’s where he then passes all points of sale, exiting into the parking lot without paying for the generator. The video then shows the subject putting the generator in the bed of his truck and leaves the
parking lot.
